Wholesale Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery.
Due to the seasonal nature of many of our products, item(s) cannot be returned 30 days prior to the holiday corresponding to the item(s) purchased. For example, Santa cannot be returned after Christmas.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A partial refund may be granted (if applicable) under the following conditions:
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a manufacturing error or shipping damages.
Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Wwe do not refund freight charges unless the freight charges was for misshipped items.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you don't see a refund posted to your account, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take a few days before your refund is posted. If after taking these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for item(s) you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
