Retail Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery. 

Due to the seasonal nature of many of our products, item(s) cannot be returned after the holiday corresponding to the item(s) purchased. For example, Santa cannot be returned after Christmas.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. We may require a photo of the item. If the return is approved, we will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization number). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A partial refund may be granted (if applicable)  under the following conditions:

  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a manufacturing error or shipping damages.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Wwe do not refund freight charges unless the freight charges was for misshipped items.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you don't see a refund posted to your account, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take a few days before your refund is posted. If after taking these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@sherrisdesigns.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange for the same item, email us at sales@sherrisdesigns.com. When returning your item, use the original packaging and ship to Sherri's Designs, 9027 Canoga Ave., Unit B, Canoga Park CA 91304, United States.

Gifts
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the item(s) were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you (the gift recipient).

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the giver will be informed of your return and the refund will be issued to the giver.

Shipping
All returns should be in the original packaging and shipped to Sherri's Designs, 9027 Canoga Ave., Unit B, Canoga Park CA 91304, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for item(s) you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
